What will happen to my balance? / How can I withdraw my balance?

Until the 5th of January 2026, you'll still be able to login to your account, which will allow you to withdraw your funds.

After the 5th of January 2026, your login details will no longer work.

You'll need to contact our Customer Service Team in order to withdraw any remaining balance.

REMEMBER: When requesting your withdrawal, please ensure this is back to the payment method you made your last deposit with.

What will happen to my open bets?

If you have any open bets, these will be settled as normal up until the 2nd of December 2025.

Any bets that are due to be settled after the 2nd of December 2025 will be voided and refunded to your account.
